Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
• Customized or special-order products.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at support@x-origin.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
3. Ship the item back to the provided address. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
