Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund if any of the following conditions apply:

The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery* as confirmed by carrier tracking. If the delivery date cannot be verified, the shipment date plus 7 days will be used as the reference.

Upon receiving your product, you find that:

  • Items or accessories are missing;
  • The product was physically damaged during shipment;
  • A non-human defect prevents normal operation (e.g., failure to power on, connect, or display properly).
  • Differences in responsiveness or interaction that result from variations in AI model behavior, individual communication style, or network conditions are normal in adaptive systems and do not affect core functionality.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Completely Free. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns initiated within the 30-day window.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

While we offer free returns, we are unable to provide a full refund under the following conditions. A restocking fee may apply.

  • The product is not in its like-new condition (e.g., missing manuals, accessories, or packaging) or shows significant signs of use.
    • We assess refund eligibility based on whether the product remains suitable for resale or requires reconditioning.
    • A restocking or reconditioning fee may be deducted from your refund if the product requires additional handling to be made resalable.
    • Products that have been activated may still be eligible for a refund after inspection, depending on condition and usability. Refunds may be adjusted if reconditioning or reset is required.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair is not eligible for a refund.
  • Customized products or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

 

Additional Information

  • Inspection Period: Returns will be inspected within 7–10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be initiated once eligibility is confirmed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
  • Shipping Costs: We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns initiated within the 30-day window. Original express shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.
  • Special Circumstances: Refund amounts may be adjusted to reflect previous discounts, credits, or promotional items related to the order.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipment and keep you informed via email updates.


Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

Products purchased through official channels are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of delivery confirmed by carrier tracking.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, if a product develops a non-human defect or malfunction (e.g., failure to power on, connect, or display properly), YONBO will provide a free replacement or repair service.

Our policy prioritizes replacement over repair to ensure a reliable user experience.

  • If replacement is not immediately available due to parts or logistics constraints, a temporary repair or equivalent solution will be offered.

For damage caused by misuse (e.g., drops, liquid intrusion, unauthorized disassembly), paid repair service is available.

  • A detailed cost estimate—including parts, labor, and shipping—will be provided for your approval before repair begins.
